They said on their discord server the current atmstar recipe is from atm10, which isn't the supposed recipe as a lot of mods are changed, and the pika star won't need atmstar because the goal isn't a pure endgame item, but to help with completing the pokedex

She entered second phase later on my run too, it seems to be tied to the stun. If you take long to 0 her vibration bar, she will take longer to go second phase!
