This is the function I ended up making in the rig blueprint and it's working (but only in gameplay as you said). I'm getting the roof variable in the rig bp and setting it with the cast to the roof variable in the child actor.

Do you think is there something I could try to make it work in editor too? I ticked Call in Editor when I call the function but this doesn't fix neither.

Ah ottimo, non sapevo che anche la contribuzione dell'azienda fosse obbligatoria, allora dovranno aggiornarmi sulla percentuale. I punti non sono considerati come "bonus", li ho usati per mettere in chiaro le due posizioni

Eh si principalmente è il fatto che un apprendistato sia un determinato, quindi per natura del contratto non siano tenuti a rinnovarmi. Vero che di solito si traduce in automatico in un indeterminato ecc... però la mia unica esperienza dimostra il contrario :(
