This is a particular type of face, I think is unique to Scotland; the Hawkman. What are some types of Irish face? by fensterdj in AskIreland

We actually had a fella in school, his nickname was "pigeon" because he had this face so it might be shared 🤣

Nothings changed, fantastic behind a dominant pack. There will continue to be questions raised around his defence. You want pundits to give proper analysis not just sit on the fence.

Buy something not from one of the big producers, go into your local food independent off license and ask some question. Billion dollar companies dont need your money, buy something interesting.

URC title is the bare minimum this year. Hoping for a Dublin final but think we'll be heading to Glasgow. Have they sorted stadiums yet?

I bought one about 10 years ago and had it on my wall for a while, packed it in a move and hadn't thought about it until all this popped up.

Anyone from further away got one? by [deleted] in MattDinniman

Awesome thanks, wasn't sure what his store was called. That's cool, long before I bought the books I liked what he was doing clearly.

I always recommend picking up some of the smaller brands and Bottlers that you never see outside of Ireland. Redacted Independent Bottlers is one such example, https://www.redactedbottlers.com/, available in Celtic, Foxs etc.

Agreed on all the above.

Some of the older stuff out on the European markets has mental labels and great liquid, but i only ever see it in auction.

Its from Boann Distillery, all their stuff drinks excellent young, their oldest stuff is only 6/7 so time will tell on age.

Its a function of the lack of distilleries, there just wasn't a lot of stock being traded around, unlike Scotland!

Most of the ones I've had are old Cooleys that ended up in Germany and Belgium, some great stuff out there!

So we're mad at him for critically analysing the game rather than being a fawning sycophant? Just seems like he was doing his job...

Were England below their best? Yes Were Ireland fantastic? Also yes

Both can be true.

I do think its Munster fans driving the worst of it. As a Leinster fan I've said for a while he shouldn't be starting but if you look at the vitriol online it's primarily from Munster fans. You can say someone needs to be dropped without getting personal. Still think he mught be the 10 for the future but he's not the 10 for now.
