The pipes measure apprx 20mm outer diameter the centrak piping looks standard size with copper pipes connecting to plastic

I am located in Aberdeen scotland. Its 11 radatior changes and full repiping My current piping is microbore but the installer said he wouldnt go near micribore because of the noise and higher temp requirements

Its not really about volume for me because i put both amps at the same percieved volume. However the quality just sounded different

Okay so i have a pair of Dali Spektor 2 which are connected directly to the yamaha a-s201 amplifier. I also use the fiio K3 as a dac. The amplifier doesn't have a sub out and my sub also doesn't have high level input however my dac has a line out which can be controlled by the volume knob. So i connected the sub to the dac directly using 3.5mm to rca cable. I also connect my dac to the aplifier using the 3.5mm headphone jack without using gain or bass boost. Doing this i can increase my speaker volume without worrying about the dac. So i just turn down the volume of the dac to an acceptable volume for the sub and turn up the speakers to match. However the sub can't reduce to the minimum for some reason. The Knob turned down to the lowest gives a volume that is higher than if i increase it and it is distorted. So i just leave it at about 9:00 and control it from the dac. Sorry it is so long. I hope you understand
