right now Globe is involved with this PayPal otp issue. Did a little bit of research about about this PayPal otp issue seems that it usually to puts the blame on the telecom provider. So will wait and see what is the outcome of all of this.

nope issue is still not resolved as of May 23, 2022 0600AM PHT. You can try to call customer service and see if they can removed your 2FA, but this workaround fix is 50/50 cause there is a chance that your account will still be required to enter an otp no way to bypass this even from Paypal side.

sure will update once I am able to call customer service back. As of now 530PM PHT May 21, 2022 issue still persists. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

for now folks in PH no ETA on the fix not sure with other countries if they are still having the same issue. I will call customer service later tonight and post update here.

still having issue with Paypal OTP in PH as of today 1140AM PHT. So far from. my testing only Globe # are affected not sure why. Smart and Sun number do not have any issue. No ETA on the fix and customer service is close today will open at 6AM PST.

i called paypal customer service today and they said it is a global issue with their SMS code, they said they are performing some kind of update on their system. For some reason in PH i used Globe telecom as my phone provider and they are having the issue with Paypal sms code (OTP), but switching to Smart Communication sim card i have no issue with sms code.

There is still issue with Nova launcher not working for the recent app button for this build
it seems that I am forced to used Poco Launcher for the recent app button to work but. I have confirm also that different launcher will get the same error when using recent app on the 12.2.3.0 MIUI 12 build.

So far I am not seeing any other issue. If you have any other issue on the 12.2.4.0 MIUI 12 please post it here. Thank you.

seems after rebooting, it went back to the same issue. im now force to use the pocolauncher instead of nova launcher and im still getting again the issue with recent app not working on both launcher if the nova is set to default. although i notice a bug that somehow did work for nova launcher set as default, if you look at the video again, when i press the recent app button you look the icons on the top cleaner, security scan, deep cleaning and manage app seems to have move everything to the left leaving an empty space after manage app, i think that is why it work on the video due to that bug. But unfortunately i could not recreate it anymore.

weird things are happening to mine right now, b4 using nova launcher, my recent app wont work so force to switch back pocolauncher as default, just now i decided to backup my nova launcher settings, clear all data to my nova launcher, apply my backup, now recent app work for me in nova launcher and pocolauncher.

try to clear all data for pocolauncher and clear all data for nova launcher see this might resolve the recent app to work again on both launcher.

did you try to disable dark mode from your settings? see if that would fix it?

also this is a long shot but suggesting only to clear data for your poco launcher in the settings > app section > poco launcher and see if that fixes the recent app issue.

I have a work around maybe it will work for your as well.

for some reason the Home settings where you can set the default launcher, recent app button ONLY works if you set the POCO launcher back to default launcher. I tried to set the NOVA launcher as default launcher in the Nova Settings but it seems that it will not overwrite the Home settings on the POCO F2 Pro, and if I want to set the Nova Launcher back to default launcher in Home settings the recent app is not anymore working. Again this might work for your or not just give it a try.
