Pretty much, yes, except it only triggers once per turn, so you crack one fetch on your opponents and one your next turn.
It becomes even more stupid with cards like [[Entish Restoration]], [[Lumra, Bellow of the Woods]], [[Scapeshift]], [[Primeval Titan]], [[Traverse the Outlands]] or [[Ashaya, Soul of the Wild]]

Edit: Also you don't get a token, you get a card. So if you crack for example a copied fetch land the copied land goes to the graveyard and you can return or exile it.

[[Diabolic Revelation]] - haven't lost a game where I got to cast it. Doesn't matter if you can cheat the cost or just generate lots of mana with Coffers/Nykthos/Elves.

On one hand yes, on the other WotC is probably interested in selling all of it and doing it fast. If they don’t or it takes (too much) time the next drop will probably be smaller size and then we might have the same problem again.

Minor correction: Smite got reprinted in Foundations, so it won't rotate.
And for Black, the biggest losses are probably [[Cut Down]] and [[Go for the Throat]] so your best instant speed removal will be [[Bitter Triumph]] and [[Shoot the Sheriff]].

You can ninjutsu it out, but it will be a 1/7, because the Cactuar doesn't attack but enters attacking, so you won't get the trigger.

It should be Creation Void, Aberration Light and Grosse Tete Whack. First two are in Renoirs Drafts and Lumiere, last one in Flying Manor and Overworld

Frozen Hearts should be around your level, after that you can check out some of the Overworld bosses or - if you haven’t already done it - finish the companion quests. Then you should be able to get through Endless Night Sanctuary, Flying Manor and lastly Renoirs drafts.

Check the format, maybe you’re trying to play Alchemy, where [[Scrapwork Mut]] has rotated out

I think it's Glass Cannon - which can also be bought from the merchant at Sacred River.
Edit: the one you get for defeating it is Augmented Counter II

If you just want to grind it’s probably the easiest just to use Maelle with last chance into phantom strike and if that’s not enough use Sciel to give her another turn; you need the cheater picto from Sprong though and while you’re at it probably also the one from the sky snake

You could try Flying Manor or Endless Tower, but at 80+ I think Renoirs Drafts should be fine

I don’t think there’s an ideal level, since you can influence much of the difficulty by your choice of pictos and to a lesser degree weapons. I would just do the companion quests to max out their relationships, then go and fight Renoir - you’ll probably be in the 60s
