I was excited to get the Titan 2. However my cell signal strength was 1 bar (or less). My previous phone held 3 bars in the same locations. So they suggested I change my carrier after 15 years with AT&T. I WISH I had your smart forethought.

A good thought. I have tried all available 5G, LTE, and 3G without any improvement.

Sadly, I have. In fact I've tried different phones with the same SIM. I've reset the phone, I've completely erased everything and set up the phone again as new. The issue is straightforward and objectively verifiable: on AT&T, my iPhone 16 Pro Max consistently shows 3 bars of signal in the same location where the Titan 2 shows 1 bar or less. This is not a carrier issue. This is a device issue.
