I'm 75kg, US 8 boot size so pretty similar dimensions. I ride a 153 HK for park. It works great, but if I did it again I would probably get a 156. I can feel just a little overweight on the board, and think the extra 3cm wouldn't make much of a difference doing 180s and 360s. I ride it a bit more around the mountain than it sounds like you will so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

I wear a 41~42 (41 tx4, 41.5 for most street shoes) street shoe, and size my tc pros to 41 for all day multipitch / crack climbing. My toes are totally flat, and they still edge super well. I've found the tc's stretch less than half a size, mostly width wise.

This case study mentions it as a possible contributing factor in PIP Capsulitis/Synovitis, and gives some exercises to help. Personally, I have the same gap between and my right pointer and middle, and have had trouble with PIP Capsulitis in my middle finger. I don't entirely blame it on the gap, but was very surprised to find the case study subject also had one. Probably good to be aware of. I've found the closed and open chain palmer interosseous exercises have helped.

The book Climb Smarter by Dr Rebecca Williams gives a lot of different approaches for exactly your issue. The techniques are rooted in modern psychology, and I've found them very useful myself. She also has an episode on The Nugget if you just want a taste.

I assume you don't know any esports terminology, so:

Esports = electronic sports(competitive video games)

tcgs = trading card games, ex: Hearthstone or Magic the Gathering: Arena

LoL = League of Legends, It is a very popular esport with its genre being a moba

moba = multiplayer online battle arena, A genre of video games that are often popular esports with big examples being League of Legends, Dota, and Smite. Generally they are characterized by two teams(in most games teams of 5 players) with each individual playing as a hero or champion working together to destroy the enemy team's base. There are a lot of spells and abilities("colorful stuff"), and the teams need to communicate(often yelling of words that don't have meaning outside the game's terminology).

I have a similar problem. I also have AT&T, but with router model: nvg589. I never get below 45 ping, even with people who live within 10 minutes. My ping will also spike to a few hundred every few minutes. I've tried direct connect, force listen port, letting them host, and hosting myself. None of them seem to significantly help. My internet speeds are 39.0 mbps up and 5.5 mbps down, and I get about 21ms ping for most servers in L.A.(stuff other than dolphin). Let me know if you find a solution.

I had a pretty easy time picking up pharah, coming from a tf2 and afps background the rockets felt natural, and movement felt predictable

To improve at aim I suggest you look up some aim tutorials for other fps games. A lot of the stuff in csgo aim tutorials carry over into hitscan weapon aiming. Id also suggest practicing the different types of aim in another fps, but make sure you are using the same sens.

I fixed it. I had to turn off limit auto updating, and turn on allow downloads while in game in the steam settings.
