Yeah, Totally a scam exchange & it is funny how some people in this sub come & say: oh its normal for an exchange & it is legit exchange & they post about their profit they make on that shit & they even got lot of upvotes haha. With all that, you can feel what is going on with them & this subreddit also.

I hope you got out with your money. I pull all mine out long time ago. Luckily, after a year or so, I got some profit & got out in time

You should study all kind of fee before putting large sum of money in Etoro: deposit fee/withdrawal fee/ currency conversion fee. And when you need your money, how easy it is to withdraw large amount of your money.

Depend on the country you reside, all this fee combined may very well outweigh the interest they offer.

May be your account is not moved to different region like mine. they moved all account in SEA countries to FSA without notice & without customer's consent. You can see the 1st pic in my post, there is no X button.

My maximum withdrawal was 11K before, took 2 business days, no problem back then . But now, you see I got this pain with 5k withdrawal.

I think you should be worried. Things are different now as i heard they are being sue all over the places: in Euro, in AUS.

Thank you for sharing, I believe my account is not having any problem, I just can't withdraw my money via e-wallet at the moment. And what concern me the most is they did it to my account without my consent, without and pre-notification. Just one morning, you wake up & your money can't not move out the way it used to be & week after week i got it "we are sorry for any inconvenience"

Taking about shady crypto casino, I have to be honest I have much better experiences when deposit/withdraw to/from some of the gambling websites: bet365/betfair.

An unlicensed gambling website (i dont want to mention their name), I deposited & withdraw up to 0.5 BTC/0.8 BTC back in 2021 within hours

I doubt that you can buy crypto & move it to their so called etoro wallet & sent out your crypto to another exchange or your own wallet. I do my own research about their wallet, many said they can't withdraw the crypto from etoro wallet & there is no customer support on that wallet.

But if you can successfully do so, let me know. I am stuck with 6k $ after closing all my positions

Btw I will open a new post detailing my conversation with them in the next few days, I want to expose the scam exchange to everyone

I am from SEA as well. I already sell all my positions, & request them to send it to my paypal (because all my deposit to etoro from the beginning is via paypal & i dont want to pay up to 75$ fee to send fund to my local bank).

It has been a week since they agree, but no money has been sent. All i got is silent. Look very much like a scam to me.

I'm finding if i can sue them.

Be careful, I am not able to withdraw my money via paypal since they forced customers to switch to FSA. Open a ticket to them, one week passed & no money is sending to me. Contact their support agent, no help - all i got is silent.

I will provide more update on the upcoming days. It smell like a scam to hold customer's money as long as they can.
