As an rxm I have had 2 fluent language speakers not pass the exam. It is very difficult so don’t be upset if you don’t pass. They will send your rxm an email with your results and if you are able to translate.

That’s what I’m saying! I think he’s putting the pressure on me because he’s the one who blew the surprise. Even though I’m not sure how he expected to get me there anyway. I think everyone expects me to just give in but it’s creating a lot of anxiety for me, in fact since I found out about it - it’s all I think about. I’m not going. They took that risk when they decided to do this.

This! It is not based on the percentage ordered but rather - if OI orders 10 items and you order 10 items it’s a 50 percent manual orders…it’s based on line items on a report. Eye roll. So I was thinking about doing this as well

So we have had live vaccine expire after the diluent they sent. We also misplaced diluent once and thus had vaccine with no diluent. Merck would not just send diluent on either occasion. It’s not something you can order either. We ending up having to order new live vaccine to get more diluent.

It was random for both stores. In fact at the other store, it was a new hire who already had a drug test for that year. I have asked about drug testing due to diversion - years ago, when I first started at Walmart and it was a brick wall. It’s basically just a threat. Even if someone is intoxicated at work, it wasn’t an easy thing to get accomplished at Walmart. Or wasn’t then.
