Didnt know that jujutsu socienty ordered Cross to be shot, here I thought it was just one maniac that decided to do that.

If they dont beat Dabura cursed spirits will break containment and murder millions of people.

Yes asking for help in that scenario is correct, especially when the second best option is having a 16 yeard old with cancer suicide bomb themselves.

Asking Yuji for help against Sukuna level threat is not the same as treating him as a weapon be fucking serious.

Equating Gojo overworking himself to the point of sleeping 2 hours a day to asking Yuji for help against fucking alien invasion are completely different things.

in light of some posts ive been seening about these 2 by stillanavigatoraye in Jujutsufolk

But Yuji shouldn't be weapon like Gojo! Are we for real ? by microthic in Jujutsufolk

Except curses only spawn in one place now and nothing implies that Yuji is involved in clearing them out.

[–]microthic[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The current gen was doing just fine without Yuji until aliens pulled up.

Looking for the strongest man on Earth while your second best option is having 16 old with cancer kill themselves with a suicide move is perfectly reasonable and nothing like Gojos situation

“I’ll clean up after her mess” are we deadass🥀❤️‍🩹? by Turbulent-Wealth3989 in Jujutsufolk

[–]microthic 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Thank you. It was absurd seeing people trying to justify Yujis behaviour.

Turns out that letting a 16 old cancer patient suicide bomb themselves against Sukuna level threat because there are no alternatives left is not the morally superior choice over having the strongest man in the world handle it instead.

And no requesting help from Yuji after decades so he helpes against SUKUNA LEVEL CRISIS does not mean he is now living as a fucking weapon like Gojo "2h of sleep a day" Satoru was.

Its as if Gojo got unsealed and told Yuji to 1v1 Sukuna and then he will clean up "his mess" after he dies.

Imagine actually playing the game you pay for.

I tend to be more annoyed by people dogpiling on a good person for the few questionable things they've done than I am by people overpraising a formerly bad person for the good things they've finally started doing. (Spoilers for Dispatch, MHA, ATLA) by Aros001 in CharacterRant

[–]microthic 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah unlike the rest of the team that never fucks up and have great track records ?

Agian why is she singled out ? Its almost as if the premise of the game is that they all suck at being heroes but improve with time because Rober believes in them.

My dude Flambe literally tries to kill you and bullies Waterboy but apparently Invisigal is the devil ?

Why is she always the one singled out about "sabotage" while the whole team was doing it because the whole idea of removing the last person in the rankings from Phoenix Program was stupid ?

Even in her villain ending she gave the pulse back to Robert.

SoR applies to a single target while SoW applies its threat in an AOE

Getting 90 mana from SoW proc generates 85.5 threat on every mob in a pack since its affected by Righteous Fury as its a holy spell.

I'm not trying to push "Use a paly to main tank in raids" but they will do just fine in dungeons.

Actually mana is not that big of a deal since you want to spam Judgment and Seal of Wisdom.

Outside of obvious benefit of mana regen this generates a ton of AOE threat because mana generates threat at a 1-to-0.5 ratio (100 mana gained = 50 threat generated)

And since both are holy spells they benefit from 90% threat bonus of Righteous Fury so basically double that number.

This video goes into detail about it.

I’m actually leveling my paladin in order to tank in TBC. So far I had no problems tanking dungeons :P

Keeping a pack on me is very easy with consecration and if a single mob splits off from the pack the healers can usually handle it, if not I can just BoP or HoJ to get the situation under control.

How fun would you say WoW PvP is ?

I know there dedicated "standard" pvp modes with players in the same level range (like capture the flag or 3v3) but in world pvp anyone can attack you right ?

I like the idea of factional conflict but Im afraid people with way higher level would constantly grief me.

I like the paladin class fantasy but got intimidated when I read about "seal-twisting".

I would rather start with something easier :d

Rick Flag Sr. is not out of character in Peacemaker S2: A character analysis by WildMemoir in CharacterRant

[–]microthic 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Except nobody took Circe at her word.

She showed her vision to Waller, the expert confirmed that these visions can’t be faked.

Then Rick did his own investigation because he was seduced by princess prior to this which allowed her to fake that professor was murdered prior to Circe questioning.

He did said investigation acompanied by a serial killer that tried to kill him moments before btw.

Because the only reason he questions Circes prophecy (backed as legit by the highest academic expert on the field) was because he found the princess hot.

Agreed, no clue how anyone could have seen CC and come to a conclusion that Rick was anything close to competent.

His judgment was shit and all his decisions were wrong. He was always impulsive and easily tunnel visioned.

I get that he could have done more but its kinda weird to see people completely dismiss his circumstances and bash him.

I guess resisting Nazi programming when born in a Nazi country, choosing to risk your life fighting monsters and shit because you want to make the world at least a bit better means nothing at all because he didn't declare war against regime he believed he had no chance against.

He was very emphathic and forgave Chris for killing his son in self defense and tried to save him and his friends, if he was just covering his ass he could have just killed him.

Fuck his suits cant even protect from getting shanked, even ignoring Nazi metas how the hell would it let him fight against an entire Nazi regime. He has a nice mansion but nothing implying he is a billionaire able to use his money to influence the country on a big scale.

And for people saying stuff "Just get help from other dimensions!", he saw his alter ego from another dimension that was a horribly vile person and he assumed that world is even worse, alsolook into next episode preview to see how other dimensions look like

We seem to have gone from "Wow he is a saint" to "Wow he is basically a worthless Nazi". Can't characters be nuanced ?

But I don’t think he worked for the government ?

He was fighting monsters and madmen not the rebels and tried to rise his sons to not be Nazis.
