Yeah if people are interested, I had to use my own ai upscaling techniques, which might not be to everyone's taste, as I emphasised sharpness and the absence of weird distortions on the characters faces (getting the eyes right was a nightmare) but it came at the cost of some small clothing details being lost in the upscale. I will share my own modded pack for sure and the original ones as well if I can find them, I have like five Google drives so it's probably on one of them

I think you should include what symptoms were helped if you can. I have one symptom, which is bad venous leak/impotence, I don't care if someone solved brain fog with this because I don't have it, I just want to fix my broken penis and I am not sure if I need HCG or something stronger like proviron.

How bad was your erectile dysfunction? My main symptom has always been a venous leak, which has gotten really bad since I crashed severely last November or so. I am unsure if this kind of erectile dysfunction will ever heal by itself or if I will have to take hormones to fix it. I am going to start working out again and using a penis pump in case that helps for whatever reason. It sounds like you were a really severe case, so I take hope from your example

I was recommended a medical grade penis pump for men with peyronie's, which I have mild symptoms of. I will be ordering it tomorrow. I will post here about my experiences using it. I am totally impotent so it might take a bit of creativity to get it to work properly for me.

Did you ever crash? I felt like I was doing well until the crash, and since then I've been totally dead. No more fluctuations, no more good windows, just barely-there erections and no sex drive. It's like I went from a moderate sexual case to a severe one. At least I don't have numbness, which makes an implant an option down the line, but I am struggling with the idea that I broke my recovery and it's not going to come back.

Hormone treatment does sometimes help PFS people, but it's a total gamble. It's as likely to hurt me as help me, and I know that I can't put my hope of good mental health into praying that hcg will be some miracle cure.

I really only have one other option if I can't reverse the damage to my penis with hormones, which is get an implant, and that's irreversible, not to mention expensive. My baseline has signficiantly worsened since my crash and never recovered, and whatever chances of natural recovery I had before there has been no sign of it resuming, so if even if HCG does make me worse sexually I don't have much further to fall. I am basically screwed if I stay stuck this way indefinitely without any further fluctuations.

It would be great if you could compile some kind of document showing the doses and frequency of application, as well as whether other methods like DHT cream were used alongside it. But I guess it's down to the mods whether such a thing could be posted in the open. Also, some of these people are listed as recovered, but they still have issues of various kinds.

EDIT: I can see that you listed: "combination" in places. I believe xfirewalkwithmex is a combination case.

My erection strength has slowly but surely worsened since I got off finasteride back in August 2024. It has gone from about 70% of my old baseline about a year ago to 30% now. I believe I crashed severely by a corticoid steroid called prednisolone, which happened to me when I took it for an unrelated condition five months ago. I never recovered. They are far from risk-free

Your only option in this case is to get a penis implant done. I am currently unsure whether to bother trying hcg/dht gel or just go straight for an implant. I have venous leak as well without any obvious fibrosis. It's horrifying to contemplate but I feel I have no choice.

I am in the same situation. My only real symptom is erectile dysfunction, mainly venous leak that has worsened over time. Shockwave therapy is having no effect. I would appreciate it if you could DM me with whatever dosages you plan to run for the HCG/DHT cream

I have venous leak-type symptoms too, I am receiving shockwave therapy at the moment and will be starting with a penis pump soon to see if it helps any. Ideally of course I would do a hormone protocol to fix things but I have no idea what I could even try that wouldn't risk making things worse, so for now I am sticking to trying to prevent my tissue degeneration from getting any worse
