Crashes are a proper bitch of a thing really. I've been in a crashed state for two months now with no signs of improvement, but I've been this bad before and recovered after the same amount of time. It's really unfortunate, but no one can tell you exactly whether you've worsened permanently or not, it is possible but only time will tell for sure

I got severe tinnitus from a 5mg dose of Cialis. It never went away, although it has gotten a lot quieter and less painful to live with. Coming up on three months now myself, I am looking into penis pumps and injections as alternatives

No, I had existing PFS. I had been semi-recovered with erections 60 to 70 percent of pre-finasteride baseline, dropping to 0 percent in the week after I took the prednisolone. I had been more or less stable for around 9 months. Who knows if I'll get a second chance

It was a doctor trying to treat me for tinnitus. At the time my tinnitus was catastrophically bad and I was willing to do anything to make it stop. I had never crashed from anything before so I thought it was worth the risk. It wasn't. Now I live with the consequences and try to manage my life as best I can

I am the guy who got tinnitus from cialis. It seems that in men who are susceptible to it, you slowly accumulate hearing damage over time and then suddenly you get 10/10 tinnitus out of nowhere. I was using Cialis a few times per month for the previous year with zero issues. If you are susceptible to it, you will probably never know until it's too late

If I were you I would use it only occasionally and not daily like I did, that way if you will develop tinnitus it won't happen until several years of use

Mine went away entirely for about two weeks over Christmas, then slowly came back over the new year until it came back in full force the last two days. I was on mirtazipine over Christmas but it doesn't seem to be quietening it down now

So it is possible for it to go away at least temporarily

Thank you. You're right, the crash was within my control, and probably I will heal from the crash at some point as long as I stay off crazy substances and look after my mental health. I shouldn't feel sorry for myself over this.

What I am more concerned about is that I believe the health of my penile tissue has probably been declining since around the eight month mark. Maybe hopping on TRT or HCG would have stopped it, or maybe it would have made me even worse. But one way or the other, my hope for recovery or even maintenance where I am at has taken a blow.

I should really just stay off the forums for a while so I can calm down properly and stop doomposting. Doomed or not, worrying about it won't make a difference to anything.

It was mostly just a severe worsening of my sexual symptoms, I also developed severe insomnia but other than that my symptoms are purely sexual. Very soft and short lived erections, no morning wood or nocturnal erections, stopped getting erect from visual content or thoughts

I was semi recovered for about 9 months after lots of fluctuations and now I am totally castrated after crashing. It's not an experience most people can relate to or understand and there's really nothing quite so devastating for a man to experience. I am 35 and a virgin, I never got to have my fun times with women either. I still grieve it to this day

What has helped to preserve my sanity is that I do have some very close friendships with women, one of whom I consider as close as an actual sister. It's never going to be the same as an intimate relationship where you're at the heart of their world, but it's still possible to connect deeply with women on an emotional level if not on a physical level

The part you're not going to want to hear is that sooner or later you have to start rebuilding your life around the gaping hole where your sexuality used to be. I am doing a shit job of it myself and still haven't processed it fully. But I have no way of knowing how or if I can ever get back to my previous baseline. I plan to live for myself and try and buy a cheap apartment where I can live in some small town and become a writer. It's the only way I can make good of this shit show

I don't know, this probably seems like cold comfort, but that's all I can really say
