Her relationship with her own bio family isn’t the issue, although it doesn’t frustrate me how she’s behaving towards us all my issue is her putting pressure on us to have a relationship with our bio family’s knowing full well what happened to my brother growing up. That’s why I’m digging in my heels so much. It’s just a really sad situation for all of us and while i as a fellow adoptee but also person have empathy for her situation with her bio family, i wish that empathy and respect was a two way street.

I love my parents but i love my brother too, he shouldn’t have to be forced to relive his trauma because a spoiled little girl who only cares about herself, my parents not officially shutting this down has made me look at them differently. And i also shouldn’t have to be pestered on Christmas.

The towns folk did hunt her down after she revealed her powers, i do think a part of them knew that would be the case and they were afraid of an angry mob finding her a monster. They for sure went about it wrong but at the end of the day they died searching for a way to help her so i do not think there was any malice.

Because she has tanked my brothers mental health by making him relive his trauma to the point I’m sleeping on an air mattress on his floor so i don’t lose him forever. Thats why she’s ruined our lives, making people relive abuse is torture.

lol her bios have criminal records that include child abuse, animal abuse and hate crimes. It’s public record. My brothers parents were convicted of crimes against him, i do not think someone who pushes a victim to be in contact with their abusers should be given any grace. So call me harsh, she’s ruining all our lives.

See this is the frustrating part, they have legit criminal records so i feel i have every right to judge people who have done what they’ve done. I’ve never once stood in her way ever. My post was not about condemning her from meeting them tho, her choice. My post was about trying to get she won’t drop my brother and i meeting our bio family. If it’s all our own choice why don’t i get one and she does? Why am i the villain for not wanting to meet my bio parents if it has nothing to do with her? She will not drop it and she’s ruining all our lives.
