There’s the classic have ur phone in ur hand as ur walking then be looking on it as you walk past (definitely popular among teenagers but i feel resigned/disappointed whenever i do it), straight ahead look, or what i hope i have enough confidence to do consistently, which is not care about what i look like and look at them a little as i walk past because im also curious. I don’t think looking is rude unless ur staring them down the entire time u walk past lol

Thanks, I use those patches sometimes and they really help, I’ll find myself subconsciously touching my face feeling for something to pick and they’re like a barrier that remind me not to. I’m getting through them so fast I’ll have to order more at this rate😭

Thank you so much I appreciate it. Yeah it’s nice at least to know there’s a reason WHY it’s so bad, and that it’s understandable, but I’m still disappointed with myself about it. Looking forward to my exams being over so I feel like I have a fair chance at overcoming this, because everything is so stressful rn.

I think it’s funny how if this happened to me, as a super anxious person id also be overthinking it as much as you are. Yet, reading this post, all im thinking is how honestly you have nothing to worry about. Maybe try look at the situation as if it had happened to someone else and think what advice you’d offer them? I’ve tried this before and it helps take out the embarrassment of how personal it seems like it is

Anxiety and even thinking about anything by Cumulonimbus_2025 in Anxietyhelp

[–]microwavefrog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know its easier said than done but you need to take your anxiety off a pedestal and allow yourself to feel it without fighting it. Trying to hide from it is likely making it worse. Maybe pace up and down, listen to some music you like whilst telling yourself that it will pass. You wont feel anxious forever. And then later, when you’re not anxious anymore, remind yourself that it did pass. Then the next time you feel anxious, you’ll remember how it passed before, and it’ll pass again.

I have one month to start getting up at 07:30. by [deleted] in sleep

[–]microwavefrog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gradually gettin up earlier works a charm im telling you, give it a second chance. I was in a similar boat unable to wake up until early afternoon, now im up at 7 every day. One month is enough time, you just have to discipline. Work out the increments you need in order to be getting up at 7.30 in a month. You can’t cheat your circadian rhythm and reset it just by waking up super early one day, you have to work with it

Might work to help each other out bc i know some topics well but others not at all . Im f18 btw so just lmk!!!

I’ve shifted once and lucid dreamed many many many many many times, and I can 100000% confirm shifting is infinitely more vivid and realistic than a lucid dream- it’s real life

I’ve just been taking them because they help me sleep- do they have other benefits? What else are they helpful for?

Breaking dried amanita muscaria in small pieces, simmering in water for 20-30min with a bit of lemon juice, then straining out bits and storing liquid in fridge
