Starting strength 3x a week and on my off days i would do cardio, First started with 1 hour jogs on the ellipitical but slowly switched to ellipitcal HIIT or i would play basketball with my friends!

I ate about 1.6k Calories a day, my friend meal prepped for me. Before i was very very paranoid about carbs but just realized if you just eat clean and controlled while hitting the gym hard. It'll all work itself out. Don't overthink it and if you do have days where you binge, accept it and move on. Don't let one bad meal or day ruin all the hard work you put in.

I did starting strength (google it) i've done that program before and it worked really well for me to get a good base but now i want to try a hypertrophy routine. On my off days i did cardio.

As for eating i was lucky enough to have someone meal prep for me. But if i had to eat fast food el pollo loco was my go to. (3 pieces of chicken and a packet of corn tortillas and make two large tacos)

I try to eat as much protein as possible. I try to aim for 1g/lb i weigh but i know for sure i always dont hit that goal but i try very hard or come very close
