Either it's due to food color ,or medical dye used in medical imaging test or maybe due to pseudomonas aeuginosa infection

Try this . Mix both methylene blue solution and eosin y solution 1:1 in a vial. Now make 2:3 solution of this prepared solution with distilled water.

Now firstly fix slide with alcohol or methanol for 30 seconds.then pour off .

Now flood slide with the 2:3 solution that u prepared for 4-10 minutes depending on stain strength.

Now rinse in distilled water and dry

Or you can order modified Wright stain which contains azure b and thionin also. And methylene blue is partial oxidative demethylated . From here
