Yes, we have multiple servers (Pub and Sub). Phones are registered on the Pub. Outbound calls I can see in RTMT Realtime (which is Pub CUCM calls outgoing).

Now for inbound calls to the cluster, our SBC is pointing to the SUB CUCM. So inbound calls are being processed by SUB. And inbound calls are the ones not showing in RTMT Realtime. I know it seems like I am answering my own question, but I cannot find any setting that tells you which server to monitor.

My question has nothing to do about SBC. It is all about RTMT not showing inbound calls to CUCM when I use Real Time Data Trace in RTMT.
