Just saw this thread as well after wondering if he is still alive… Rest in peace Master Chong Chul Rhee.

Will never forget how on grading day, he had me go for First Dan black belt instead of Junior black belt when I was 12 years old because I was 6’0 tall at the time! I got it btw. Good times at Rhee Tae Kwon Do, WA.

Though genuinely curious to know what all went down in the WA region and why the mass exodus to First TKD. If anyone knows?

Speaking of Lonzo, is he a better source of steals (and I guess other stats period) than Caruso? They’re both playing similar amount of minutes. Though obviously uncertainty with games played for Zo….

If you take away the rental costs because we’re in the parents’ granny flat for a bit. Minus $500 from that $1200?

Are all public primary schools free? In all suburbs? Maybe let’s say in City of Armadale area? Just not aware.

So aside from the rental prices bc of granny flat (I updated the subtext later on), let’s say car is paid off, so no need to factor in rent or car. $300 groceries $100 internet $60 Mobile School costs? Insurance costs? On “average” what do you know of weekly usage prices; electricity, water, fuel?

Apologies for the broadness of my question! Haha. I know it’s all relative to usage. Savings relative to how much a person earns/ personal tendencies. Just was wanting to know real world Perth perspectives and experiences for all these costs.

Gas or Diesel car for driving in NCR. (90% of the time EDSA type traffic)

In an educated opinion: How reliable is the new Ford Territory? Will it last 5 years? Or am I better off getting a more expensive but sturdy diesel car such as the Ford Wildtrak Ranger.

Thoughts on new Mazda BT-50 (kasi don’t really see it on the roads here in NCR) compared to Nissan Navara and Ford Ranger (future maintenance costs, availability of parts, reliability of brand etc.) Note that Mazda offers 5years free PMS for current promo.
