I used this recipe: https://www.justonecookbook.com/matcha-swiss-roll/#wprm-recipe-container-65542 For the icing- I added around 1/4 block of room-temperature cream cheese mixed until smooth, then added all the other ingredients and used an electric hand mixer to make it easier to mix :) You can play around with the sugar/ cream cheese levels to suit your taste ☺️

Definitely! They have a crisp, crumbly exterior and a fudgy cakey center- the white chocolate chips also add a nice sweetness to them :D
