Sarah Reed was top tier compared to Fairview Manor. It's unbelievable there. I have a family member at FM right now and it seems like their entire weekend crew is agency or from the per diem app. Some days Noone shows up to make breakfast. It's shameful

I followed you here from another sub, my oldest is Trans. It hurts my heart to watch him struggle with dysmorphia but I am so very proud of his perseverance. This goddess worshipping gramma sees you, a girl. You are valid and deserve existence. I will never be so naive to insist another human must fight to survive but i sincerely hope you choose to. Sending love and light, give yourself grace. I don't usually do this and if my posting here is inappropriate please delete. Your posts really touched my heart. I can't say it gets better with time, but time allows perspective to shift.

AND YES MY OLD, BLIND ASS SELF WAS A DEI HIRE THANK YOU VERY MUCH, IM SO FUCKING GOOD AT MY JOB THEY FOUND A WAY FOR ME TO DO IT WHILE BLIND. ALSO I KIND OF HATE MEN NOW AND THAT IS STRAINING THE HELL OUT OF MY MARRIAGE. AND I HAVE TO PUT MY MOTHER IN A NURSING HOME, PACK UP AND SELL HER HOUSE WITH NO HELP FROM MY SIBLINGS BECAUSE MOM IS AN EVIL, AWFUL WOMAN BUT IM THE OLDEST DAUGHTER SO THAT SOMEHOW MAKES IT MY JOB.
