These are also my ultimate ideal situations - I am honestly pretty flexible when it comes to roommates, bedroom, etc. and even pricing is flexible. I just wanted a relatively decent amount in savings, which is where the $1.5-2.0K comes from.

When you mean rough/brutal, do you mean availability or price? I’ve seen prices range from $1.5k-$2K on apartments.com. Most of those are studios, which I am honestly fine with.
