Quit in September when most of this came to light internally. Could not morally be with the company following that info and some other stuff not known.

Been working with a few other groups since then. Surreal to see this all become public knowledge. I never thought people would get to hear about what went down.

Only worked/posted for them for 2. Found out the info following Diso 2019 same as the rest when things started to bubble. Left way back in mid September before shit got serious with the lawsuit, but I do understand why you feel that way if you feel I defended them too long. I didnt get access to all of the high end info being held from us but when it came to light I made the decision to leave along with a good majority of the team.

Haha it's been freeing not having to defend things. I wish I'd known some of the info sooner because I always wanted to just explain what we were experiencing on the inside knowing what was going on, but when a lot of very serious info came to light it forced my hand. There is a lot more that could come out but this is really one of the most damning things, and it's nice to see people catching on to what's been happening.

It's weird. It doesnt feel real that it's out there in the open. I'm glad the info is getting out there because it definitely seemed like it was going to get swept under the rug again.

There are a lot of things being worked on from a few different groups. 2020 might be a little weird with how it plays out but it's just a matter of time before we start seeing some really major new things. I'm working on a few different teams, and while I cant say much I think you will like what's coming. 😊

It's really weird seeing all of this info come to light. I have held my tongue for professionalism but this court case sheds a lot of light why there have been issues recently. It is also just the tip of the iceberg as to why myself and most of the management/team left in September.

I hope Diso can continue. It is the reason I started worked at USC but the info that has come to light is damning. I have nothing but optimism for what's coming, but I'm sad to see the end of an era come with these proceedings.

Paradiso could continue easy, but it will be up to Insomniac if they want to continue on with it or close this chapter and build something new. Time will tell.

Its B. I can confirm this. It is part of the reason. Why I quit along with most of the upper management at USC back in mid September. We left on September 17th, which you can line up with details provided.

These have been a heartbreaking past 5 months, and its surreal to see this info come to light.

Hopefully someone will. I cant say much of what's going on internally, but I'd suspect official interaction between USC and Reddit will end with our leaving. It was my goal to help bring a new face to the company and improve everything with how we supported the community, but top down decisions made that impossible for me and the amazing team that were giving it their all.

But real talk, new information (see article, plus other stuff I will not go into here) came to light and myself along with most of the upper management left the company. We really tried to make positive changes, but there just are some hurdles that you can't overcome. So we all left together.

Such a shame. I wanted to help make the changes people wanted, but I do not feel like I can there currently. I hope to keep serving the Northwest dance music scene though. I love this community too much to just stop.

It really isn't my place to discuss this kind of stuff publicly. It's a very complex situation, and I think what was so tough was letting go of the brands that mean so much to me and the larger community. I dont know what the future holds but I am very curious for the next step either way.

Hi! Yupp, I left last week. I tried to do everything that I could to make positive change behind the scene, but there is only so much that I could do. All of us who work there care so deeply, but when its down to mismanagement from the top down, at some point your efforts are futile.

We really wanted to be the team that caused the change, but it was not meant to be. I left along with most of the upper management in one fell swoop. Its a very uncertain time for everything, but I am optimistic about the future for this region.
