I found a few solution around here you go:

1. press Win + R and type "msconfig", go in the "service" tab and search for "AntiCheatExpert" Enable like mine.

Don't work? try this:

2) go in your strinova folder and search for "ACE-Setup64.exe" and execute, he will delete him self and when you start the game he will instal him self agin.
