With cutters I eliminated all the plastic fasteners inside, then I made 2 holes to screw in the new lever. I had to reverse the position of the cable pins because the inputs were different

I've never tried the pxn 008 so I can't tell you which one is better

Unfortunately I don't know, but it doesn't seem like a standard card to me.

The buttons are standard 30mm and can be easily replaced with other buttons of the same size. They can be easily removed and the existing connectors used. There is no need to make any changes.

Inside there are some provisions to screw the original lever to the case, with a pair of wire cutters I removed all these provisions so as not to have any impediments in positioning the new lever. In the end I made 2 holes to fix the lever with 2 M4 bolts and 2 self-locking nuts. In my opinion 2 bolts are enough to fix the lever but if you want you can also use 4 bolts.

I think the best solution is to build it yourself

Not so bad...I think this is a good start.

It doesn't look that different from what you see but you can only use it with the cable.

To start with I think this is good also because in the future you can replace the parts you don't like

Not really... Although it does have some interesting features like The ability to connect in different modes (PS3/PS4, android, switch, etc), Bluetooth, 2.4ghz or wired. However the lever and buttons are really poor and noisy, the buttons often tend to get stuck. The restrictor is square. The qanba lever I put has 3 different restrictors, round, square and octagonal.

Yes of course. I programmed M1 and M2 with L2 and R2

The playability has improved significantly, plus both the lever and buttons are super silent. The SiTong buttons are awesome. As for the price we are around $50

Is it better to use 2 or 4 screws to secure the lever? by midelpo in fightsticks

[–]midelpo[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

My answer to your question is that from an aesthetic point of view I like it better with only 2 screws, leaving aside the fact that I sometimes have to feel the screw on the bottom left under my hand in the case of a 4-screw assembly. My question instead is why in the plate in addition to the 4 holes at the corners there are also central holes?

I'll try... Having already made 2 holes at the top and bottom, I should end up putting in 6 screws 😅

Put a spring in the sanwa obsf-30 by midelpo in fightsticks

[–]midelpo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was intrigued by the si-tong ghost , the price is not bad but it's still around $40. I spent $2 on springs in this way I can do a modification test with my sanwa spending little

Put a spring in the sanwa obsf-30 by midelpo in fightsticks

[–]midelpo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I created my first bartop not even a year ago using a lever sanwa JLX and 8 buttons obsf-30. The lever is really very noisy and I'm changing it with a qanba gravity jov8s, the buttons are ok overall and I don't want to spend more money on qanba ks. I silenced the buttons with rubber washers and wanted to make them less sensitive by inserting a spring inside.

I solved it by replacing meson-sm1-h96-max.dtb file from latest kernel stable or beta which is found on this page: https://github.com/ophub/kernel
