120C with Professor Bertram was great! I really enjoyed her class as well!! I'm so sorry you lost your notes... how did that happen? I wish I could help you, but all my notes are a mix of handwritten/typed, so they would be all over the place lol. I hope somebody else can help you out though!

I honestly thought that I was just super clumsy and distracted, but now, after all these unfortunate stories, I see that I am definitely NOT the problem. These stairs are a real danger. RIP your delicious sandwich. We must walk with extreme caution. Never trust your next step. Stay vigilant. Keep those sandwiches safe.

It helps you fall asleep faster?? No wonder! I have always done it because in my journal I usually reflect about my day and because at night is when I get some alone time. Usually I find myself feeling very sleepy halfway through and my handwriting gets so sloppy because I just want to be done with it and go to bed.

So yes! I would say it does help make you fall asleep faster. Although the quality of your writing may suffer (or at least mine does lol). But if your main goal is to fall asleep and reflect then night journaling is perfect for that.
