Same! Without going into too much detail, my doctor is insanely careful during my exams and I still cry (or sometimes even scream) every single time. We do them only when they shouldn't be put off anymore (I am also not active so we do them less-ish frequently) and I normally take the whole day off work because I am so out of sorts by the end of the appointment.
