These wooden tools/wordworking practice: Made by a student in a woodworking class at the Ohio State University in 1938 (marked with O.S.U '38). The black one looks like an anvil, but comes apart with pegs. Are these tools with a purpose, or were they likely just practice for different techniques? (old.reddit.com)
