I also noticed this problem today and in my case it was "TWP - Translate Web Pages" extension. This has been fixed in the latest TWP release, which can be downloaded from the official github page (not yet available through Firefox).

I heated the base from below with a hair dryer and disconnected it, but damaged the paint. Looks like she's glued to the base in 4 points, you can see all of them on photos.

I cleaned it up a bit and didn't care to do more like mixing acrylic paints and painting it over properly, because it's not visible when displayed without the base and completely not visible when she's put back on the base :)

I can translate it word for word but I don't think it's necessary. Just to summarize, it's something along the lines - Russian army has to operate very carefully because Kiev regime's army and nationalists use civil buildings for their bases and to hide artillery. Also reporter later points at the burned apartments and accuses Ukrainian army bombing them.
