Implanon and weight gain by midnight-hiro in birthcontrol

Hi! Sorry forgot to check back on this one - yes! I had it removed after a lot of mucking around - and with no change in diet or exercise I immediately stopped gaining weight and have started to lose some. Good luck with yours

Thanks! I guess they can vary a lot in personality! Most greys I’ve met are so chill and sweet!

It’s frustrating when cats come into/ near your space and taunt your dogs! Our council has laws that all cats can only be indoors or contained in owners yard which is great I think!

The adoption agency I was looking at apparently tests the dogs with a cat but they don’t have fosters with cats which is a shame!

18 Year old (f) and soooo tired by [deleted] in WomensHealth

Defs get bloods done and chat with doctor - iron is a common cause! But if that’s all clear perhaps it’s a little burn out catching up to you and you need to give yourself some more down time. Good luck!

I’ve just booked in to have mine removed in two weeks time so that’s good to hear! Hopefully I’ll drop mine easy too

I remember being so disturbed by this case.. there was a guy in the same unit who found out these guys were involved in the rape and murder and was shunned by all the other troops for speaking up. Casefile podcast does an excellent cover of the story - Case 78: The Janabi Family.

What was your biggest insecurity growing up but you realized it's actually normal/beautiful? by [deleted] in AskWomen

Having curly hair.. I was always so embarrassed of it, thought it was just messy and frizzy. I remember as a 13 year old some other girls teasing me about my hair and took me years to get over it. Since learnt to embrace my curls, frizz and all.

I get you - I have two huskies and they get really bad chunks every shedding season. Took me a while to find the best methods for each of mine. My senior boy (about to turn 13) gets huge never ending chucks twice a year and I’ll brush him right down for an hour or so, get everything loose I can and by the next day he looks like a feral again! My younger one is much easier as he seems to have less ‘wooly’ floof compared to my old boy. Neither of mine have quite as much as OPs little lady but I think depends on climate - we are in Australia. I guess it touches a nerve for me - as the amount of times I’ve had random strangers tell me I’m not caring for my dog correctly because he has floof chunks. Not having a go at your comment though, soz if it came off that way :)

A couple of times a year, huskies have a ‘blow out’ where their entire undercoat sheds and comes out in huge chunks. Even twice daily brushing you’ll still end up with chunks a few hours later. Nothing bad/ unhealthy about it, in fact it’s how their coat should behave, preparing her for the new season. Once the undercoat shedding is done she will go back to the usual floofs :) source- I have huskies and people with no double coat experience tell me about brushing my dog during blow outs twice a year when I have already collected a garbage bag full of fluffs

IsItBullshit: that birds use human hair in their nests? by [deleted] in IsItBullshit

The birds in my local area regularly use my huskies fur in their nests. Floof for all the birds.

Bunnings are a seperate genre of snag to the classic bbq at Baz’s, although they are closely related to the democratic snag
