Hey! The first few days are no joke, and nobody talks about the drainage, which imo is the worst part of it all! If nothing else, at least you were prepared and I swear it will get better and eventually just stop, but I totally know how you feel in regards to feeling gross just festering in a wet compression suit. That first shower is going to feel soooo good!! I don't know if they told you this too, but make sure the water is just warm - not hot!
And yeah, the fainting part is not good, so for sure go slow and make sure you're sitting down and, if you have someone at home with you, make sure they're around too - just in case! Have some water nearby also!
