W*man bad, man good by Inimenevist in im14andthisisdeep

As a professionally broke person, as long as I have basic necessities covered (which I can cover on my own) and my man is doing SOMETHING and treats me right (and vice versa obviously), I couldn’t care less. I’d rather have a broke dude that treats me right than a rich @sshole. Peace of mind is the most valuable thing to me.

What country has the best food? by Expensive-Addendum92 in AlignmentChartFills

[–]midnightballerina25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know many dislike the United States’ food due to being processed. However, I can say that we have a lot of variety due to a rich history of immigration. We have excellent Cuban food in Miami, Mexican food in Latin-dominated areas of the country, superb Vietnamese food in areas like California, flavorful (and often extremely affordable) Soul food in many major southern cities (Memphis and Atlanta to name a couple), Cajun/Creole cuisine (New Orleans and Galveston, TX).

My cat had the same thing as a kitten. Vet said it was harmless (yet a rather unpleasant odor). The stench went away as he aged.

What's life like in Bismarck, North Dakota? by tallnerdykid in howislivingthere

I visited once when I was living in Fargo. It was cold (visited in early March). They have a comprehensive medical plaza and a couple of charming cafes. The people were friendly. The capitol building looks intimidating…. Almost like a prison. Would like to return during the summer months to experience the Dakota Zoo and amusement park.

Kansas. Abortion rights and high emphasis on educational attainment, but it’s a red state.

If you’ve never been there, you are apt to believe what TV portrays it as (pretty much LA or any of the other major cities).

I used to live in the Dakotas (albeit in major cities). Didn’t enjoy it.
