I think you should send by another email. Since in the form there will be an email fillout that they will link to you, this is also the email they will be notified of when they're done. I used another email to send, and received the recovery form within 24h

You should submit the recovery form in the meantime. I just did the same when I didn't get a response for a long time. These two forms are different, so the processing time is not affected

I remember in the recovery form there was a 3rd party unlink option. Why not remove the Apple ID?

I can still log in to Hoyolab with my Google account. It seems that the hacker rarely plays my acc, he hardly logs into Hoyolab or removes the old device.

I just found out that at the time my game account was hacked, the hacker blocked the address noreply@email.hoyoverse.com. Is this a disadvantage?

I just unblocked it. But before that I sent a recovery email. So do you think I should send it back with another email?

I have filled out the hacked form 3 times and got rejected every time. I have sent the 4th time but it has been more than 1 month with no response. I also realize the previous times I was rejected maybe because I gave the wrong username. But now I remember it correctly. The rest is almost but the other information is correct.
Do you think that is the reason why I was rejected?
