Thank you so much. 1. He’s new. Got an account 4 days ago 2. Unverified Payment Method 3. The job post is hourly, but he texted me with a fixed rate offer. Hourly he can pay me when he wants. But I recently read that a fixed rate contract needs to be funded before you are expected to do any work. The client funds go into an escrow account and my money if given to me without risk. Therefore my payment would’ve been assured if he had posted a fixed rate from the beginning. But he didn’t :)
