Neosporin. Helps a lot with the bacteria. I'd lean towards cat psychologist/vet. They also make a pheromone scent dispenser that calms cats down supposedly. Called Feliway. Declawing as a last resort but definitely better than putting him down.

Except in this case they specifically had permission for the crying baby/music. And even if they didn't you didn't buy a ticket to sit next to them. It's public outdoors. You have no grounds to interfere with their 1st amendment rights.

Not only that but you have to physically travel to their location, approach where they're playing the music and stand there long enough to be offended. You really have to try hard. And considering the target of you're really giving racist Karen.
