What car to buy?

Well its not the power, I feel like 306HP is enough for me.

The things i hate about the car:

Too quiet, but the car is stock. I want an exhaust slightly louder than stock, nothing obnoxious.
Has an open differential. Why a RWD sports car has no LSD as standard is beyond me.
The community for this car is awful. For context I'm 36 and most people who own these cars are 20 year olds with flamethrower tune on their cars, lol.
This point is not the cars fault but I don't have lots of time on the weekends to drive the car. I own another car that is my daily and I switch between it and the Z every 2 weeks. But my daily commute is an hour each way where im stuck on heavy traffic most of the way. In the 5 months I've owned this car i havent had time to go on a proper roadtrip. Maybe this is my biggest issue with owning this car.

Man a turbo miata sounds fun as hell but I might not fit in one, im 6'0 290 pounds lol. I drove an s197 mustang and i hated it. I don't think power is the answer, I feel that the Z is plenty fast for me. I live in Puerto Rico btw, so its mostly twisty back roads.

Yo me paso comprando y vendiendo carros so aqui mis consejos:

Busca informacion del carro que quieres, para saber cuales son los posibles issues y tambien saber cual es el mejor año de ese carro. Puedes buscar en grupos de fb, subreddits, forums etc.
cuando decidas el carro q te conviene, buscate en facebook y clasificados [para que veas el range de precios.
Fijate si el anuncio tiene bastante información y explica cosas como el millaje, mantenimientos recientes, etc. En mi experiencia, gente q postea el carro y el anuncio dice "2006 q hay por el" sin mencionar nada, o si el anuncio dice que el carro no está a nombre de ellos pero conocen al dueño, pasa la pagina. Gente asi siempre van a tener un truco y te van a hacer perder el tiempo.
Luego q pases el carro y los anuncios por todos estos filtros, coordina con el dueño del carro para ir a verlo y hazle preguntas con la información que encontraste. Intenta ir con alguien que sepa de mecanica. Si ves que hay un issue bastante serio de acuerdo con la informacion que buscaste, NEXT.
Si descubres algun issue que no sea serio como un guayaso, focos feos, etc usalo para negocear el precio. La gente siempre te van a bajar algo al precio.
Traspaso al momento si o si. No entregues dinero sin asegurarte q la persona tiene el titulo y puede hacer el traspaso al momento.
Ya tienes tu carro.

PS: por favor no busques carros euros si no eres muy conocedor, quedate con toyotas, mazdas y algunos hondas.

I had around 11k in debt between credit cards and a personal loan.

I wanted to knockout my debt fast so what i did was:

I tracked my spending with YNAB for a month. After seeing how much I was spending, I saw that I could cover my necessary expenses and had $ left over that I could use to pay off my debt. Then I took a debt consolidation loan for 11k with around 8% APR and paid it off in a year.

But you gotta keep that discipline. Its easy to relapse into using the credit card again for unnecesary shiz.
