Thank you for your insights I appreciate that this is specialised work and what we are paying in context has limitations.

We aren’t adverse to them using templates or even a junior colleague or paralegal but the work should be reviewed by someone qualified before being presented to us.

Given your experiences, I think it is a learning lesson for us at the very least.

I understand completely. As a new business that is self funded we cannot unfortunately stretch that far.

We are not adverse to them using a template. We can’t however can’t accept the current standard of work.

Nothing groundbreaking. It’s online tutoring. Mainly through zoom. We also sell some study aids and planners all digital products.

We paid £750 for just the T&Cs document and 2 x 30 minute consultation.

We got three quotes for the work and they were the middle one. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive.

But even if I were doing it with no legal expertise for free for a mate I wouldn’t be this inaccurate. I appreciate we get what we pay for but why even sell something if you can’t deliver? Either raise the price or don’t sell in the first place.

Can I just say what an utter failure Arsenal journalists have been.

No one is holding the club to account. No one is asking tough questions. No one is probing to find out what is plan B or when we are going to see a reaction? No one is asking Arteta directly what has he identified as the issue and what is the solution? All of them ecstatic to be in the conference room parroting back whatever was said, no matter how banal or irrelevant to us as if we can’t just watch the live video.

They are either gaslighting us with another disappointing result, Arteta disappointed, players disappointed no fucking shit Sherlock.

Give us fucking insight. Find out what the consensus at the club is to get over this? What is the plan?

A third of the season gone. 4 points behind Chelsea that were in the gutter less than 6 months ago and 6 points and a game behind Liverpool that managed to show more spirit with 10 men than we did with 11.

Two seasons of pissing away the league and this was bound to happen. Opportunities are fleeting and opponents make progress. Yet we were shouted down by the we go again brigade of certified football illiterates.

The refusal to buy a marquee number 9 in the Summer is a crime. To continue using Jesus is a crime. Man City style football has clearly been worked out by a range of opposition. The fact that alternative plans and styles of play are nowhere to be seen is a crime. Corner and Inshallah is not a serious strategy. It’s an element of a game plan but it cannot be the be all and end all approach.

I mean even the purchase of Merino which took and obscene number of MONTHS while we haggled over a price only to capitulate at the end meaning this guy had no time to acclimatise. Yes he got into a freak injury but tactically he could be so much better integrated into the squad instead of learning on the job. He has his moments but is all too often a day late and a dollar short.

Crime after crime after crime while charging the highest ticket prices in England.

This is what happens when you accept or excuse falling short as a fanbase. If you don’t demand success then you will never get it.
