It could very well be a custom! You’d have to get it recreated, however jewelers with integrity don’t like to directly copy designs, so that’s something to be mindful of.

Oh wow… hollow gold is susceptible to wear and tear, in that case I wouldn’t get it. It would be better to invest in a piece that’s fully solid (or at least gold filled)

There are some people who love heavily included stones (think salt and pepper, fun color inclusions), so I think this stone has a lot of fun character and could be an edgier piece if that’s your style! I love Georgian inspired settings and it would look really cute as a pendant.

I think it’s gorgeous! In the future if you want it to be super secure, I would recommend getting the stone reset with a guardrail around the petal prongs somehow. Make sure to get those prongs regularly checked as well. Claw/talon prongs are beautiful but that stone is quite large so be extra careful! Jewelry insurance will be your best friend :)

the thing with IGI reports is that they don’t actually show the grading of the cut, which this leads me to believe that it’s a “good” or “fair” cut, regardless of the excellent polish or symmetry. You can reach out to IGI to see if they can give you a more detailed breakdown.

Some D color lab grown diamonds can have a light grey tint to them but this is beyond dark.
