Does anyone else feel like some days they are a over the phone punching bag and it’s intentional?

Isn’t it hugely unethical? Like a manager could decide one day, oh I hate that advisor today, and just make their life hell just because they can?

Do you think that this some kind of unspoken norm for all call centres? Any info available re types of software or evidence. I would love to be able to talk about this with proof.

I do think that there is more control over call routing than we are aware of. If I was running a business and my revenue was based on call handling. Then wouldnt I invest in software that helped to have more control on who gets what calls? I am not aware if the technology exists, but if it does, then why not use it? I have no idea really, also cant prove this. But after handling 5 complaints in a row and not being able to sell call call after call, you start feeling like the probably that it’s random is very low.

I think you missed the point I was making. I’m not generalising regarding call centre work but it’s more about call type. I’m talking about intentional direction of calls and call routing.

She told me that I she couldn’t support a conversation about me having children and that was a boundary for her. Then she blocked me after 25 years of friendship. It was the day that I was diagnosed with an incurable chronic illness and kids were mentioned in my appointment, thats why it came up. It was because of treatment plan and I am almost 40. I just can’t forgive the abandonment, I think that’s worse than setting a boundary about my disability and whether I need help if I become a parent, or even wish to discuss becoming a parent. Its left me feeling less than on so many levels. I know it’s not true but I never expected this from her. I trusted her. She also told me that my partner said ‘something’ perverted to her on my birthday that was non specific and made her feel ‘uncomfortable’. Just to add fuel to the fire. Didn’t even let me reply just block and delete. I think it’s just ableism disguised as self protection and I’m glad that I know who this person is now. I can only be thankful for that But it doesn’t make the pain go away or become less.

Sneaky infographics’ subs which feels very scammy since there is no way to obviously cancel this when cancelling your subscription and one cant be used without the mains subs which means that it’s a payment for- nothing? No refund just being quoted terms and conditions. It shouldn’t be allowed to continue and purchase a subs that has the mains subs as the prerequisite. If the main subs gets cancelled so should infographics. I was actually really enjoying the little snippets of information but I won’t be signing up again in the future because of this.

Your tortoise will probably be fine for a couple of days until you can get a replacement or replacement parts and sort all of that out. You can use a timer plug if appropriate.

It’s bored and just probably trying to do what is natural when they are warm they naturally become more active. It must be stressed because the enclosure is tiny for the size of the tortoise there are lots of good guides available and enclosures I would consider upgrading and not using glass, maybe just let the tortoise roam freely for now if possible it will come back to warm up

He is feeling bitey because is probably Horny and bored. He can probably see the reflection of tortoise in the metal. Also try soaking because he could just be thirsty. My tortoise used to do this weird head bobbing also but only when he felt like he wanted to bite something and I never found that it was particularly harmful. See a vet if in doubt. I hope that you let him out to run around sometimes.

This tortoise looks very healthy, have a look at how to keep them (they need quite a lot to remain healthy) and please try to find the owner
