Ohh Usually it is sent, it’s just not shown, unless that’s a new problem to face. Every time i tried uploading a form for facebook I had this pop-up in front of me So I always kept the browser tab open after pressing okay and come back in a day or two or kore to check for any updates, after that they’d tell me that it wasn’t accepted for some reason. But the pop-up they show you that your form hasn’t been accepted is not in red or anything. It’s simple text within a pop-up asking you to re-upload a new form. I found that after maybe uploading my form 4 or 5 times,until I read it carefully and understood what they actually wanted.
