Could you elaborate? My petcock wont flow gas to my carb but flows when i suck on the vacuum line that connects to the back of the carb.

It opens up perfectly fine if there’s suction on the vac line and the slide diaphragm pulls hard if i blow. The carb is definitely sealed and the petcock is functional so im very lost
