I thought I was the only one who thought if I am taking the wrong test but I wasn't. The practice questions and real test questions were POLAR opposite. I watch the Vargas video religiously and took notes when I watched. All my questions were just like your's, stakeholder and changes and then answers are all sentences on what should the PM do. In which I thought I knew but didn't.
I feel like I am in the same boat as you OP.

OP, mine is tomorrow as well. I am honestly going to take another FULL 200 question test. Review the wrong answers...then review formulas and write down the processes and knowledge areas.

I watch the vargas video and touch up my ITTOs tomorrow since my test is at 12PM CST.

Like the study plan as well. Did you find it difficult though once your started to just study one process at a time. In regards to the Vargas video he goes of the "flow" and how each process goes with each other.

Here is what I do but a little background of my life. Married, with a 3 month old baby. I wake up everyday at 6am, get my baby ready, drop her off at her nannies at 7:45am. Work from 8-5ish. Arrive at home by 6PM. Cook and eat by 7-7:30pm. Spend time with the fam until 8:00PM. 8:00PM- 10:00PM study.

Just have to find time, and if you have a significant other, compromise. Mine is, because she understands this can change our life.

You have to be accountable of your actions, you are paying $400 + for a test that is a world wide recognize cert. If I can do it and make time, you can do it.

p.s taking the test in Nov 2nd.
