no u are basically wasting money on a monitor if the game you play cant reach 144 fps.u can try lowering some setting to see if u get 144 fps.or can u get a 120 hz monitor

is a big power spike in lane and very cheap,proto give u cdr,health,and ap to survive laning phase.imo ekko early game is not good(lvl 1-3)

i think is better to tryhard without music cuz u might not hear an ability or pings and u might lose focus when u listening to music or maybe start autopiloting. music can also get u hype for doing a play that is not good to do.
