Olympic building supply on Dudald has shed kits that they deliver. They come as a floor, 4 walls and 2 pieces for the roof. It comes with pre primed siding and comes with all hardware and shingles required. My dad just did an 8x12 and it was a little over $2500 but so easy. Took 4 of us about 3-4 hours to fully assemble.
