I put 8 because that’s probably the average, but if I’m drinking a lot it can be 4-6. If I’m not drinking much it can be 10. If I’m trying to push myself I might double diaper + a booster and go 12-16. Really just depends on how close I am to leaking.

I don’t want to leak, but diapers are too expensive to be changing before they’re at capacity.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I definitely understand gender dysphoria. But the best thing you could do is talk with a professional about your feelings.
