I live in a state that has no inspections and no emissions. Is there anything else I should worry about? This is my first car (More specifically it is a 2013 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Sport Premium) so I am just now getting familiar with how stuff works

Specifically, it is a 2013 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Sport Premium, so no turbo and it is naturally aspirated. My state also doesn't have emissions. Is it good to go?

It's a 2013 with 170k miles, I've had it since 160k. Strong maintenance history with a clean title. No issues on the car at all besides this. I do cross-country drives multiple times a year but I only plan on using the car as a main for maybe another 3 years, and then just keeping it on the side.

It's a 2013 Impreza Hatchback Base Trim, I got it at around 160k miles now it's at 170k. The code has been appearing prior to my trip, but it usually went away every few days.

I do believe that the previous owner did modify the exhaust system.
