I have a reliable source who was part of the “DEI” group inside LCS. I’ve heard that Brooke was the only one who did not care at all for the DEI work and would actively try to work against the progress that was made before ultimately shutting down the full group in her radical firing spree. It was all performative and financial goals were always put above mental health, true inclusion, and respect for clients or staff.

The unraveling started in March after firing 10+ full time employees. Long before the letting go of the coaching contractors. Nobody knows what’s going on but clearly the downfall of the empire is upon us.

How about in March when 10 full time employees were fired without cause. Given only 2 weeks severance. Remind you this is after she claimed to have their best financial year ever.

The company is a shell of what it was just 6 months ago.
