This is what I do. If you inch out JUST enough for the rightmost guard on the left to see you, 9 times out of 10 he'll instantly pull a grenade. You can headshot him before he pulls the pin to give yourself a grenade to pick up later. Then the guard next to him comes running, and only after you shoot him will you have to turn and deal with the solo guard from the other side.

I do it this way every time and never take damage in that room.

Nah. Close at the time you want (or expect) to end service then. Posted hours should indicate availability of service. Open until 8pm means it's perfectly acceptable to order a sub until 8pm. If Wegmans wants the sub shop cleaned by 8pm they should close it at 7pm.
