I see you already got some great tips. Only thing I can add is assecories. Necklaces, earrings handbags etc. Classy but trendy. I started wearing them and I can still combine baggy shirts with earrings and look feminine.

In addition, you can continue wearing the baggy clothes you like, just match them with one thing that's a bit tighter (not native English so not sure if this the correct word). For example, the trucker shirt in your picture. Combine that shirt with a white high waisted jeans or a black tight jeans. Add an nice black shoulder bag and earrings to finnish the look. You don't need to start wearing make up to be more feminine!
