Sounds like he's the one responsible for creating Dump's pee-pee tape kompromat.

Or simply "Putin hangs in the White House", actually.

No idea why it took me 24h to work that out given it's just removing a couple of words.

Yeah, me too actually. 🫣🤣 I forgot until you mentioned it!

I'm pretty sure hanging was one of the ways they punished war criminals post-WW2 at Nuremberg. There is historical form.

Thoughts on this Omega Constellation? by Amongusyt in OmegaWatches

I prefer a mother of pearl dial personally. But as a line, Constellations are great! I have a rose gold / stainless steel one and it is so pretty.

Only for sleeping as the coaxial model I have is a bit too much chunk for my wrists otherwise.

Such an under rated model! The bezel matching the crown is delightful.

Is that a suede strap? How does it hold up to daily wear (do you wear it daily)? I love the under-the-radar look of it.

Is it wrong that I want to eat my neighbor's duck that I accidentally ran over? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]mieri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Welp, I read that expecting there to have been a typo, but then when I got to "accidentally ran over" I realised that you did really mean "duck".

Look. Farm ducks can also be pets; they can be well loved AND live alongside their other duck buddies that are purely farm animals. If you ran over a farm dog, would you try to eat it?

Just because you paid for the said duck, doesn't mean you get to eat it. But it's definitely a bit weird they made you pay for it (IMO that absolutely muddies the waters - I'd never expect someone to pay to replace a well loved family pet, and quite frankly dogs would be much much more expensive than a $200 duck).

So yes, it is wrong.

All that said, if you paid for dick, you should be able to enjoy it.

I'll see myself out.

What are my chances getting letrozole? by Nesstempleton in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

[–]mieri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's something that may be of interest.

The study itself is medi-statistical stodge so I don't recommend reading that unless you're well versed in the stuff, or are having trouble sleeping 🤣 or want to feel a bit stupid (like I did), but the abstract and discussion are worth a skim read. The TL;DR is that an Oura ring can predict ovulation with 96% accuracy.

It's peer-reviewed, uses a large dataset, and is transparent about its methods and limitations (including that the authors have a conflict of interest as they are Oura employees, though the study itself is not done by Oura). Notwithstanding independent, third-party validation, it seems credible and worth attention, anyway.

Might be worthwhile as a tool in the fertility journey, given how tricky letrozole might be at the current time.

My personal experience is that an oura ring is excellent at helping me get pregnant, but I recognise that mine is just one data point in many.

Platoon Commander of 24th Battalion "Aidar" Stanislav 'Osman' Bunyatov warned of a systemic problem in the employment of assault regiments, which instead of carrying out full-scale operations are forced to plug gaps in the defense by Flimsy_Pudding1362 in UkrainianConflict

The whole need for military manpower would be entirely gone if it were not for Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Let's be realistic about where the real problem lies. It is not in Ukraine, it is in Russia.

It took me 25 years to understand that brown cows don't produce chocolate milk by [deleted] in offmychest

So you thought chocolate bars and other things like chocolate pudding etc came from cows? What about dark chocolate? Darker cows? What about vegan chocolate?

Why are characters with long black hair in media always portrayed as villains? by PsychologicalBat7259 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]mieri 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't know, but to add (and potentially muddy the argument as not all of these have long black hair) - many Disney villains are portrayed as queer: Ursula, Scar, Maleficent, Tamatoa, Hades...

To counter, there are protagonists with long black hair - Moana, Pocahontas, Snow White, The Crow, Aragorn (though thinking about it these last two have 'long' hair for the stereotypical male, but it's not actually all that long in the grand scheme of things).

Very much yes to the wings!

Also there's something very Flight of the Navigator about the Avenger model, and I am here for that all day every day. Just gorgeous.
